The Italian rider speaking to the Gazzetta dello Sport said, “I’m not used to riding so many laps on such a powerful motorcycle, but I’m very happy.
This Ducati has given me so many emotions.
” Iannone has an pre-option to ride next season with Ducati’s junior team – if the plan comes to fruition – and the positive feedback that he gave could close the deal.
“It was an important experience, but I can’t do any comparisons.
For me it was the first time with this bike and these tires, I didn’t have and comparison parameters, but in my small way I am happy and satisfied,” continued Iannone who also talked about the good relationship that he established with the test team and Filippo Preziosi.
“I can say that I like this bike and it was great to work with the team, the engineers and the mechanics.
Everyone is very professional and have a wonderful way of working.
Fillippo isn’t only nice he’s also very good.
I want to thank Ducati for this opportunity.
