The disagreement over pay between Aer Lingus pilots and the company is expected to be mediated at the Labour Court on Tuesday. Late on Monday, it was confirmed by both Ialpa and Aer Lingus that they had agreed to partake in a Labour Court meeting on Tuesday afternoon. This development unfolded after a day of both parties expressing their openness to negotiations, though no substantial progress appeared to be made.
