A young man tragically lost his life in a lone automobile accident in Co Kildare. The dreadful event happened around half past ten on Tuesday evening on the R403 Clane Road close to Celbridge. The deceased, a male teenager, was the only person in the vehicle.
Gardaí are seeking any potential witnesses, particularly those who may have been journeying in the vicinity at the time and possibly captured the incident on dashcam. The local coroner has been informed about the unfortunate incident, and provisions are being made for an autopsy.
