A man in his thirties riding a motorcycle has tragically passed away following a lone-vessel accident atop Constitution Hill, located in the northern part of Dublin. This dreadful occurrence played out around 2.15am. In his critical condition, the individual was taken to the Mater hospital for emergency treatment, unfortunately, he couldn’t survive and was declared dead. The outbound lane where the incident took place is currently inaccessible as the Garda conducts examinations, leading to traffic being redirected. The Gardaí are urging anyone who might have relevant information or witnessed the incident to come forward. With the passing of the motorcyclist, the toll of individuals who have lost their lives on Irish streets in the current year comes to 101, reflecting an unfortunate increase of 13 compared to the same period in the previous year.
