What at first glance seems a personalised version of the Ducati Hypermotard, actually has other roots: and its name is Hyperstrada.
Created by Style and Performance, a ligurian company producing aftermarket parts for every type of bike, has been successfully revealed at Padova’s Bike Show 2008.
A nasty expression and breathtaking performance means this bike is a must-have of recent years.
Hyperstrada by Style and Performance The Hyperstrada includes the twin-cylinder Ducati 1000cc and has 90hp of power, all with a feather-weight of only 155 kg.
Head spinning figures to attract the most passionate bike fans.
This is a bike designed for pure riding pleasure with motard-like settings for competition that will only tempt a rider to reach his limits.
The true surprise is in the frame, derived from that of the Ducati Multistrada but combined with an entirely new rear part.
The plastic has been developed from Honda’s CRF 450 motard, a Marzocchi fork at 50mm, Ohlins mono, under-seat tank and the Monster S4R fork complete the package.
Three different kits are already available for whoever wants to change the face of their Multistrada: the first includes aesthetic parts (including the tank and the rear frame).
A second is used for more radical interventions on the suspension and wheels and the third includes the rest of the components, at a total price of 18,000 euro.
