2012 Geneva Mercedes GLK restyling

The Mercedes GLK only debuted back in 2008, but the model could be up for a restyling about five years into its lifecycle, meaning we’ll get a 2013 Mercedes GLK restyling.
We could see it already at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, which would make it an early introduction but Frankfurt is skipping next year in favour of Paris’ turn so that rules out the opportunity of a home turf debut.

The GLK will get both style and technical updates, with new LED daytime running lights and a new front grille setup.
The interior could receive some significant interventions with a new central console and steering wheel gear change function like many other Mercedes.
Autoevolution reports that the engine lineup will be updated with new petrol units borrowed from the SLK 250 and SLK 350 (power at 204 and 306 hp respectively), and maybe a few tweaks to the top diesel engines.
Another option for a new GLK debut could be at the New York auto show, as a 2013 model year car and with production starting only at the end of 2012.
