Large cities have usually their own skyline and they are defined by it. However, there are some metropolis whose skyline is more recognizeable than other's.
To rank cities’ skylines, it must be counted every finished skyscraper of at least 40 floors, or some other high-rises ranging from 12 to 39 floors. The higher values they get, higher the chance they will be part of the 10 best city skylines in the world. Spoiler alert: no Lego London Skyline is in the list.
1,082 tall buildings in 3,885 square kilometres. Pretty impressive, considering that most of them have been built during the last decade.
